Terms of Service

By using Yebo you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

The Service

Yebo provides an authorization layer API and associated tools for AI agent workflows. We may update the service, pricing, or these terms with 30 days notice.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Yebo to:

• Process unauthorized transactions or impersonate others
• Circumvent rate limits or abuse the API
• Attack our infrastructure or attempt unauthorized access
• Facilitate illegal activity of any kind

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity under your account, including the actions of any AI agents you authorize. Keep your API keys, passkeys, and credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access at security@yebo.dev.

Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Execution overages are invoiced at the end of each billing period at the published overage rate. No refunds for partial months or unused executions.

Intellectual Property

Yebo retains all rights in the platform, SDK, and associated services. You retain all rights in your data and configuration. We do not claim ownership of content you submit through our APIs.

Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime on Growth and Enterprise plans. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime outside of our published SLA.

Limitation of Liability

Yebo is not liable for losses arising from agent actions executed through the platform. You are responsible for your policy configuration, spending limits, and access controls. Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 3 months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Yebo harmless from any claims arising from your use of the service, your agent configurations, or your violation of these terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then deleted.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
